At Hornby Island Community Economic Enhancement Corporation, we understand the challenges and complexities of writing a business plan, developing projects, and writing grant applications.
Administrative support to the Hornby Island Farmland Trust Society is ongoing.
In 2022, HICEEC staff and Board members provided sat at the table with Gary Manzer and Una Keziere of the HIFTS and contributed administrative support for the HIFTS in applying for a grant to develop a Food Processing Building. The Hornby Island Farmland Trust Society is incorporated under the BC Society Act (Incorporation No. S-61166), and since 2022 is a registered Canadian charitable organization (Registration No. 811858240RR0001).
