HICEEC is a non-profit Community Economic Development Corporation operating on HORNBY ISLAND, British Columbia. HICEEC’s purpose is to take leadership in developing and implementing solutions to social and economic issues facing the citizens of Hornby Island.

Community Vision to 2020
In 2000-2002, Hornby Islanders engaged over 500 residents in a visioning exercise to describe what the island should be like by 2020.
